  • In the next few years, biowaste from separate collection is and will be very contaminated with plastic bags and the remains of food packaging. To obtain maximum organic recovery, contaminants should be removed prior to the fermentation process and the fermented material should be used (after its dehydration) as a high-quality fertilizer material.
  • Residual waste and pollutants removed from the biowaste stream should be directed immediately and directly to the local waste incineration plant, recovering from them electric and thermal energy, which is used for direct supply of technological processes in the biomethane plant.
  • Only in the case of property designer industrial bio-methane plants, we are able to achieve “economies of scale” and “ecological effects” that guarantee investors or municipalities the implementation of their plans and tasks.

BIOMETHANE OR BIOGAS?

Biomethane from waste injected into the network and the sale of certificates of origin on the European market is the most profitable and perspective option.

Possibility of receiving the produced biomethane in every corner of Europe and 100% use of it chemical energy without losses.

Possibility to recover and sell liquefied CO2 in the food sector (additional revenues and additional environmental effect).

For biomethane producers — the possibility of launching a CNG (LNG) refueling station and increasing the level of revenues from the sale of transport fuel, and of course — savings in transport costs.

Negative CO2 production (liquefaction and sale of CO2 recovered from biogas).

Biomethane as a transport fuel has approx. 80% lower emissions than other fossil fuels — it fits perfectly into the new act on electromobility.

Only in the case of small biogas plants, the economic calculation may suggest that the use of biogas for local electricity and heat production should remain.

He creates ready-made solutions for cities and municipalities facing the problems of polluted air and problems in the field of municipal waste management, mainly bio-waste and the combustible fraction remaining after sorting mixed waste.

He is preparing a program for the construction of installations for independent and energy-positive buildings based on energy from the sun and biomethane (“Renew off Grid”).
